Dr. Perry C. Rothrock III is a certified family primary care provider, located in Cordova, TN. He graduated and received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 1990. Dr. Rothrock is a certified Senior Aviation Medical Examiner, for First, Second, and Third-Class FAA medical certificate examinations.
